RISK INSIGHTS LEADING ESG DATA PROVIDER IN AFRICA AND GREENCO ESG CONSULTANTS COLLABORATE TO DRIVE SUSTAINABILITY FOR EAST AFRICA

RI is delighted to announce the partnership with GreenCo ESG Consultants (GEC), an emerging ESG advisory firm in Kenya. This partnership cements our commitment to Kenya by empowering a Kenyan based women led ESG specialist advisory company. GEC will leverage RI’ AI-powered ESG GPS™ rating platform and a suite of products, to provide access to ESG ratings, ESG disclosure information, ESG news and strategic business intelligence to the NSE listed companies and A-Cubed Artificial Intelligence powered ESG rating tool for unlisted companies in Kenya. This cooperation will support Kenya’s strategy in driving sustainability and ESG movement in the country. GEC will provide strategic business intelligence and ESG advisory to NSE listed companies and unlisted companies in Kenya to improve their sustainability reporting across their strategic ESG pillars.  

AFRICA’S DRIVE TOWARDS SUSTAINABILITY: ESG GPS GHANA & BOTSWANA LAUNCH

RI is pleased to announce that on Wednesday 26 July 2023 the launch of  the award-winning ESG GPS AI-powered ESG rating model for 100% of the companies listed at the Ghana Stock Exchange and Botswana Stock Exchange. As these two countries are rapidly developing and becoming increasingly important gateways to Africa, it is crucial that ESG’s best practices and frameworks are prioritized. With the launch of ESG GPS, Botswana, and Ghana can take a leading role in promoting ESG principles and practices. ESG GPS is a tool that is based on global best practices, tailored to the laws and regulations of each country. The rating tool evaluates ESG disclosure of all listed companies on respective stock exchanges relative to peers in the country. By adapting to ESG demands, Ghana and Botswana will contribute to paving the way forward for sustainable development in Africa. 

INTRODUCING VISION - THE ULTIMATE ESG DASHBOARD FOR ASSET OWNERS!

RI takes pride to announce the launch of our newest product, VISION! This software is a dashboard specifically designed for companies, asset managers, and investors looking for comprehensive intensity and ranking information about companies within a particular industry or sector. Vision provides rankings for major ESG variables of companies based on specific metrics, which makes it easy for clients to select and customize the ESG metrics, based on their risk appetite and tolerance to solve for Alpha, which is based on ranking and intensity. With VISION, investors can focus on their preferred ESG metrics, such as, water intensity or carbon emissions, and compare the performance of different companies based on these specific factors.
