Dr Anushka Bogdanov has 25 years of international risk management experience, she also has a PhD degree in International Financial Management from the London Business School and boasts an Honours and Masters Degrees in Business Administration from Buckinghamshire University in London.
Bogdanov has worked in various senior risk management positions in the banking sector, development financial institutions (DFIs) and rating agencies and has covered credit assessment of large corporates/ banks/ development financial institutions/ multinationals/ municipalities, setting credit strategy and risk appetite, rating banks and various financial instruments, building Basel compliance models.
Mr Andrey Bogdanov has over 20 years of Treasury, Risk and Finance expertise internationally with particular emphasis on Africa and former Soviet Union. Mr Bogdanov is a graduate of the Economics and Law Faculty of the St Petersburg State University. He holds Masters Degree in Business Administration from TRIUM. He is currently a Principal at Risk Insights and responsible for Corporate Finance and Treasury Related Transactions.
Before joining Risk Insights Andrey was working in JT Group (Fortune 500 company) in various senior Treasury and Finance positions being responsible for MENEA, former Soviet Union, Eastern Europe, Americas regions, Global Supply Chain and Global Leaf word-wide.
Lizelle Bezuidenhout has a BSc. (Mathematical Science) – University of Johannesburg (SA). She is a credit scoring expert with 20 years of credit experience. She is a professional Associated with the affiliation of: Credit Risk Professionals.
Bezuidenhout’s area of expertise include : credit scoring, systems Implementation across the Credit Life Cycle, training on Concepts of Credit Scoring. Lizelle has also worked as a Senior Scoring Analyst at Experian Scorex (Pty) Ltd and at Standard Bank of South Africa as Manager for Scorecard Development.
Michella Pellegrino started her career in finance as a Bookkeeper for a Global Travel Management Company. She later
progressed and became the Head of Finance which she enjoyed for three years.
Given her inquisitive and forever learning attitude, Pellegrino’s then Group CEO took her up on a challenge and she
moved a from being the finance manager to Head of Business Development for Sub-Sahara Africa.
